I listened to it only for a week and I got many interview calls and finally got the job as well with good salary.  I also used switch words advised by you through mail.

Why my husband felt hurt

In addition to the CDs that you suggested, I bought the “Welcome Change” and “Bach Flower Meditation” on the www.1minyoga.com  site.

But, whenever I listen to “Welcome Change” CD I get a slight headache. The same is not the case when I listen to the other CDs – Harmony, Forgiveness, Together Divine, I love myself and Bach Flower meditation.

Why does this happen like this? Should I continue listening or should I stop? Please advise me.

Listen through speakers. Not by headphones. The welcome change is about changing oneself. Probably there is resistance to change. No one has complained so far about this.

It worked! I stopped listening to Welcome Change CD over the headphones and started listening through speakers and my headache stopped.

In fact, I keep running these CDs all throughout the day whenever it is possible and it is so pleasant. I am also using the “Release Resistance” CD while chanting and I find that I have been able to identify where I went wrong with my husband. Something that I didn’t identify exactly, but now I could pin-point that.

I can now empathize with him as to why did he get so much hurt. Something of my past which I thought is un-important and did not tell him because I felt it is not necessary or important for our marriage that he came across when he hacked my mails.

He got hurt that I did not share with him. He felt I don’t feel him important enough to share with him. From my perspective, he is being irrational. But, from his perspective, he is not able to accept that I did not share with him everything.

It is not necessary what I think about the situation. What is necessary is that I understand his pain when he read all that.

Whether he is right or wrong, I am not the judge, God only is the right judge and whatever HE decides is right.

Now, I really want to make amends. I really want to give my husband so much love and happiness and take away all his hurt and pain. I really hope Divine grace showers on my marriage and my husband comes out of this misunderstanding and suffering.

Purpose of the CD

About the CD

Questions are asked to the sub-conscious mind, so that it finds answers to fix the problems in your life.

Benefits of listening to the CD

When you listen to the CD, every organ is energized with the required life-force. All your elements are balanced and in turn, your organs will get healthier.

Your cells will get energized. The systems and processes of your body are healed.

They will change your mind – remove your fears and giving courage for example. Thus, the mantras will prove to be life-changers too.

Instructions

The mantras are combined with guided meditation and recorded in theta frequency. Either you can sit in a relaxed fashion or lie down. You need to listen with headphones.

On a daily basis, you can listen to it once a day. It runs for 23 minutes. This will improve your general well-being and tone-up all your major and minor organs.

When you are not feeling well, listen to it at least twice a day – once in the morning and once before going to sleep (you will sleep well).

You can continue to listen with other CDs. It has no side-effect in any way, whatsoever.

Questions

Do I need to know Reiki? I am getting this doubt because you have named your CD like that.

No. You don’t need to know Reiki. When you listen to the CD, you will gain Reiki energy or Universal Energy.

Can I charge the water with the CD and give it to others?

Yes and no. You can charge it, but it will not be as effective as listening to the CD with headphones.

Alternatively, chant the mantras over a glass of water and give it to the concerned person.

Do I need to know the basis of this theory – I mean do I need to attend the class, to listen to the CD?

No. You can listen to the CD without knowing the how and why Tao Mantras work. That is the main purpose of creating the CD.

Even if you don’t know English, it will work. Anyway, the mantras are in Chinese.

More the problems stronger I become

From morning, I was brooding on one of the problems that cropped up in the past 3 days. I was praying to solve the problem and left it to the Divine to provide a solution. Earlier, I had cried so much in the morning.

I had bought the Power Life Symbols Workshop CD from the centre a day back. I started listening to it. On listening to your voice, I am not sure what energy entered my body, my pain was gone. My feelings were cleared and felt so nice.

Divine is probably trying to clear the problems in my life.

The problem I was facing then was I was struggling to arrange for funds for our house-warming Pooja. And finally it did happen. Divine provided me the funds with all my savings. I could not believe my eyes that I had made up so much of savings.

Then suddenly my in-laws raised a problem for my husband. They were forcing him to borrow money from others and pay them a sum of rupees 2 lakhs.

I became a little upset. Finally, I could arrange for the funds up to 2 lakhs and gave it to my husband. I am not sure how it happened and I do not know what’s happening around me.

These days, I am becoming stronger and stronger more as the problems were shooting up. I see some connection here – after I bought and started listening to the CDs: “Leap forward and progress”, “Durga Durgama” and “Shivohum”

All these changes have happened. How to co-relate these changes, I do not know?

The workshop CD contains a meditation based on the relationship between Lord Krishna and his friend Khusela. It is a story on how a poverty-driven life was changed to prosperity-filled one, all because of total devotion of Khusela to his friendship without having any expectations.

That has done the trick to Divya to solve her financial problem. Her faith is divine has helped her to open up to the healing energies of the meditation and solve her financial problems.

One day, I will come out with a CD based on that story for the benefit of all.

ONE leads to TWO

In general, I was feeling relatively in good peace for the last few months – no big fights, and no major conflicts. I guess, it is all due to listening to the two CDs – ‘FORGIVENESS’ and ‘TOGETHER DIVINE’.

However, last one week, I noticed I found myself getting irritated on my fellow-travelers and sometimes strangely even on those who are not present in sight.

I wondered why these old feelings about them are playing once again. It struck immediately to me that my mind is playing those memories of anger.

So I put on the CDs on HARMONY – one to LET GO DISHARMONY and another to CREATE HARMONY in our lives. Within a day or two, I was able to come out of those old memories and in a week, I was able to come out totally.

ONE leads to THREE

In the same way, suddenly I noticed resistance is pulling me back in trying out new ventures, which I was comfortably coasting earlier.

Based on the experience gained on dealing with anger-type memories, I decided to deal with my internal resistance – firstly due to desires (RELEASE RESISTANCE), secondly due to having (RELEASE) FEARS and thirdly due to reluctance to leave my comfort zone (WELCOME CHANGE).

The result – within a week, I was able to be back on track. Of course, I am back to listening to my favorite CDs Together Divine and Forgiveness.

It is amazing to think how Naran can figure out the various eccentrics of human behaviors and find ways to deal with them in a simpler way.

Can a person who can’t afford to buy CD or books ask from person who has purchased your items?  Can one copy for self from the books and CDs?

It’s a humble request to know. I am not asking for myself. It’s for those who need healing your way.

If anybody can’t afford to buy, let him contact me in person. Affordability is subjective. Anything that is got free has no value.

The whole universe is a transaction of balanced giving and receiving. One cannot break the cycle. If you want to give free to others, you buy and give. Why should you copy?

You may ask why Naran blogs are giving simple solutions free. Here by giving answers to various questions I am learning the healing process. I give, to receive the grace of healing and teaching.

However, when anybody comes to my personal mail they have to pay a consultation fee.

I can most certainly say that I have been benefited by listening to the RELEASING FEARS CD.

Now, everyday morning, I don’t go to the office expecting the worst. Rather, I am more positive as well as calm.

Getting benefits out of meditation

I want to get the benefits out of the meditation. And at the same time my mind gets distracted. Will there be any possibility?

Or will there be any chance of getting the benefits of meditation, even though there are distractions?

Yes definitely there is a possibility. All the CDs in the Bach Flower Study Centre are tuned in certain brainwaves. Whenever a person goes into a deep meditation, or deep meditative level, the brain produces certain waves called Brainwaves.

When you are in deep meditation you go to Alpha, then Theta and then Delta. Normally our distractive mind is in Beta State.

When you listen to the Meditation CD with a headphone, whatever Alpha waves generated will be imposed on your brain. When those waves are imposed, you will be forced to come out of Beta level and you will be in the silence mode.

In that way, you can silence the rebellious or the resisting mind. That is the only way by which you can do meditation.

The other way is really cumbersome for every time you have to be careful about the mind, because the mind is a great trickster. You think that you will be able to manage it, for when you just say ‘release’, the thought goes off.

You feel happy then. But the happy state itself is another thought – whether it is happiness, sadness, calmness, worry, anger or love, all of them is a thought.  Every such thought has to be released.

I have bought your “RELEASE your RESISTANCE” CD.  I am listening to it daily at night before sleeping as well as just playing it when the kids are around.

Please let me know if I have to chant anything along with it. I have been chanting “GENTIAN, LARCH, TOGETHER DIVINE” for some time now.

I am terribly insecure about my job though there are no major issues.

How various frequencies work

In response to our different mental states, our brain produces certain Brain Waves, which are Electro chemical.

The Electro Encephalograph (EEG) can record our brain wave activities.

Research has discovered a wide range of brain wave frequencies. They are named as Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, and Gamma waves.

When one is under stress – worry, her/his brain produces Beta waves.

The brain becomes more synchronized, balanced when it produces alpha and theta waves.

The mind comes out of obsessive and survival thinking when the brain waves are in the range of alpha and theta.
